Handmade Sweet Things
We bake daily using seasonal ingredients and are passionate about creating beautiful sweets from quality produce. All our products are made on premises with free-range eggs, local butter and honey. Atomica supply us with weekly roasted coffee and our speciality tea is from Larsen & Thompson.
Biscotti and Amaretti
Our traditional biscuits baked from honoured recipes make the perfect bite sized sweet. Some of our range include pistachio and marasche cherry amaretti, grapefruit amaretti, fruit-filled garibaldi biscuits, florentines and lemon polenta biscuits.

Gluten free and lactose free options are always available.

Our luscious nougat is available in a variety of flavours, each with its own honey blend. Varieties include pistachio with orange blossom honey, dark chocolate and hazelnut with banksia honey and a sesame seed candy known as "Gigiolena".

Cakes and tarts line our display and are baked in individual servings. A selection of our cakes include dolce latte cheesecake topped with toffee, ricotta filled cannoli, yoghurt passionfruit tortina, vanilla panna cotta tart, fig and pistachio meringue cake, fresh fruit tart and flourless chocolate cake topped with nougat.

All our pastries are made with love and tradition. Most sought-after are the Sicilian "Cassateddi" a light, sugar-dusted pastry with a sweet ricotta filling. "Bombalone" are also a favourite an italian style doughnut filled with chocolate or vanilla custard, sour cherry or homemade strawberry jam. Another favourite are our seasonal fruit pastries and our "Impantate" a typical Sicilian style calzone filled with broccoli, spinach or potato and onion.

Celebration Cakes
Cakes to consider for your next special occasion are our continental liqueur cake, vanilla butterscotch cheesecake, pistachio custard millefoglie with strawberries, or our version of a Sicilian cassatta cake.

All of our celebration cakes are made to order and require 3-10 days notice.

Visit us during the festive seasons to find special sweets ideal for sharing with family and friends. At Easter we make dark chocolate eggs filled with nougat, and hot cross buns. During Christmas we have Italian inspired fruit cake, white or dark panforte, fruit mince tarts and "Ciascuni" a typical sicilian biscuit made with fig, walnut and orange.
